Getting to know each other, introducing the trainer and discussing the schedule and objectives for the workshop

11:30 am - time to relax
Individual use of time for personal time-out or 20 min short personal coaching with Bernd Dieschburg

12:45 p.m. - Walk & Talk or try golf *

14:45 p.m. - Yoga or a visit to the Kneipp health facility *

Personal reflection, feedback round and farewell

Those who no longer want to or cannot take part in the snack will receive a packed lunch
