The women's, senior and men's championships began on Saturday with the first qualifying round. Only the 8 best of the respective championship could qualify for the 2nd match day. The youth only played one round on Sunday. All titles were fiercely contested and the game day ended with a separate highlight: a jump-off for the men's title!

Last weekend and last Wednesday, the monthly mug and the second women-men mix of the season took place.
We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the large number of participants, because the mix was attended by over 50 and the monthly mug even by 60 participants! A wonderful start into the second half of the golf season and the whole thing even with top results. 
The summer festival of our golf park took place last Saturday. Our very first 27-hole scramble, which was played on both golf courses, started in the morning under the motto “Black & White”. At lunchtime, the starting shot was given again for a 9-hole tournament that was effective in terms of requirements. In the evening, the tournament participants and the other guests enjoyed the mild summer night with delicious food, cool drinks and good music until the late hours!
School started again in Hessen yesterday and today was a very special highlight for many kids - the first day of school!
Nevertheless, we want to show you a few impressions of our holiday camp from the last week of summer vacation. Despite the heat, it was a really cool group that was able to collect a lot of new experiences on the practice area and the field!
We also congratulate all DGV badge graduates on their great achievements!
The tables, like almost all of the hotel's furniture, were made in our own carpentry and workshop - that is, real handcraft. 
The inner courtyard of our estate offers both shady and sunny places, so everyone can find their ideal place. The new furniture does the rest!

On August 04.08.2018th, XNUMX the golf park will host Gut Hühnerhof a big summer party for all golfers, as well as their acquaintances, family and friends.
The summer festival starts at 17.00 p.m. For the physical well-being is well taken care of by a delicious grill buffet. "Ich un de Onner" provide cool music so that everyone present can dance and celebrate together in the running summer evening.
There will also be 2 tournaments on Saturday. As an absolute highlight, a 27-hole scramble is offered for the first time, so that both courses in the golf park can be played on just one day as part of a tournament. For handicap hunters, there will also be a 9-hole tournament to Stableford, which is effective by default, which begins with a delay so that everyone can start the summer party together in the evening.

The excavator rolls again - big and small help out! 
Yesterday and today a new bunker will be built on hole 17 of our 18-hole course.
Also last week, a lot has happened on the course: the hole descriptions and benches made of oak and sandstone beautify your game and holes 4 and 6 have also received new green bunkers!
