We followed the press conference of the Federal Chancellor and the Prime Minister on Thursday with great interest ? and hoped that a decision will be made to open the golf courses in Hessen. ? But unfortunately we have to wait until next Wednesday and an official decision. ?

We are definitely in the starting blocks and preparations for the resumption of golf are in full swing. ⛳️??

The water hazard is ready and the greens, as well as the tees, have recovered very well from the aeration measures. So we can start from our side! ??

As already announced, the construction of our new water hazard has now progressed so far that we have been able to fill in the first liters of cool water in the last few days. ? ♂️?

Now you have to model the bank zone, fill in the rest of the water and lay the curbs. ? So our boys have a little more work to do before the new pond is ready ??and the first golf balls can dash across the pond onto the green. ⛳️

In any case, we are really looking forward to being able to finally open our courses again and our golfers to enjoy the new challenge.? ️‍♂️

Our greenkeeping team did yesterday ? Despite the current situation, we started to build the water hazard on fairway 8 of our 18-hole course. ?
The future pond should not only challenge the playing skills of golfers when playing on the green ⛳️? ️‍♀️, but also serves as a water reservoir for irrigation on hot summer days. ?

In a few days it will be "water march!" ? followed by the golf season which will hopefully begin very soon. ?

Like so many of you, as employees, but also as employers and self-employed entrepreneurs, we too have to draw drastic consequences for our family business with great regret due to the current state resolutions, but also personal decisions. ?

Our golf park with all its facilities, as well as our café, our adventure golf course and mini golf will remain closed until further notice. ❌

Our hotel limits its accommodation offer exclusively to guests who do not pursue any tourist purposes. The hotel opening times will be adjusted according to the daily booking situation. ⏰

Our Heckers - restaurant, café, bar will initially be closed until April 01st.
