The Gut Hühnerhof opens its doors on 2 days from 11.00 a.m. to 18.00 p.m. and invites you to enjoy delicacies and refreshments, games and fun with live music and warmth.

The children can expect an exciting day full of activities and program items:

  • Sat & Sun 13.30pm to 15.30pm: face painting and workshop "making instruments"
  • bouncy castle
  • Mini golf, children's playground
  • Playground & skill course
  • Colorful ice cream cones to put together yourself
  • Sat & Sun 13.00 p.m. to 16.00 p.m .: Psychomotor movement space for toddlers up to 3 years

The physical well-being is of course taken care of:

  • Sat. 12.00 noon: Ceremonial tapping of draft beer with the mayor of the community of Gründau with the band of the volunteer fire brigade Hain-Gründau - 50 liters of free beer
  • Sunday 11.00 am: Musical veal sausage morning pint with the band of the Hain-Gründau volunteer fire brigade
  • Fireplate grilling
  • Tarte flambée fresh from the wood oven
  • Coffee specialties & cakes based on old recipes with regional products

Kids in Action! HGV First Drive & Challenge 9/18 in the golf park Gut Hühnerhof

Last Easter Saturday, the HGV children's tournaments for the little budding professionals took place on both courses in our golf park. As early as 9.00 a.m., the little ones started on the 9-hole course and showed what they can do on the shortened fairways. On the 18-hole course, too, the big players showed wide tees and a precise short game from 9.00 a.m. Challenge 9 also started on the 9-hole course from 10.30 a.m.

A total of 74 young talents started and were even rewarded with warming rays of the sun at lunchtime. After the tournament had been played, the participants with their supervisors and parents met in the event room of the Heckers Restaurant, where they waited eagerly for the award ceremony.

Happy Easter summer greens golf park Gut Hühnerhof

The Easter bunny was there and brings all golfers a present: The summer greens have opened!

Our members and guests have been enjoying putting again since Easter Saturday. The freshly opened summer greens are soaked in a lush green, which has breathed them into the rain in recent months. As an additional gift, the bags no longer have to be carried from now on. The trolleys can roll up again and make the game of golf even more pleasant.

Easter holiday camp 2018

Register your young golfers for our Holiday camp !

Divided into groups according to age and ability, we will train basics, learn rules, play games and go to the golf course over four days. At the end of the training days, the DGV badges are checked and we hold a final tournament for the advanced among the participants. We're looking forward to it!

General Meeting 2018

This year's general meeting will take place on March 10, 2018: Interested members will come together at 19 p.m. in the event room of the 18-hole golf course and find out what's new. And if you feel hungry, the kitchen team thinks that you are Heckers Restaurant a special highlight ready. Freshly in front of the eyes of the audience, pasta dishes are prepared in a parmesan loaf. A pleasure for the eyes and the palate.

Benefit concert on Gut Hühnerhof: A complete success!

Over 100 guests accepted the invitation of the Gut Hühnerhofs, the support association of the buntspechte eV and the Musikverein Königshofen eV, to enjoy the concert in the threshing floor this Sunday.
More than 50 musicians played the threshing floor and made the audience bob up and down.
Many thanks to Harald Krebs and all musicians for this great concert.
We wish the musicians every success in their competition on February 17th in Prague!

Benefit concert on Gut Hühnerhof: In favor of the Buntspechte day care center.

On February 4th at 16.30 p.m. the Musikverein Königshofen will play in the Tenne des Gut Hühnerhof and gives the best titles from musicals, marches & Co. to the best. Incidentally, the musical evening takes place for the benefit of a good cause: The proceeds go to the sponsoring association of the buntspechte.

The great spotted woodpeckers and the sponsors Gut Hühnerhof, Musikverein Königshofen and offset Büttner are looking forward to a great evening full of music!

Hotel Gut Hühnerhof donates environmental protection amount

Our door signs in the hotel Gut Hühnerhof help to do something good ...

... you ask yourself "How"?

We explain our "Green Housekeeping" on our door tags: Those who do without room cleaning for one or more days during their stay of several days help us to reduce our CO₂ footprint - and for this we donate € 1 per day to a non-profit organization in the Region. All our guests have to do is to hang the door sign with the request “Please no room cleaning” on the outside of the room door and our cleaning pearls will know.

Thanks to many environmentally conscious hotel guests, a three-digit sum accumulated last year that was donated yesterday. At the board meeting of the support association die buntspechte eV, Myriam Hecker from the hotel management presented the 1st chairman Jörn Houben with a donation of 306 €. This amount helps to realize future projects of the Gründauer Kita and we are looking forward to many environmentally conscious hotel guests who will help again in 2018 to do something good!
