Passionate about golf

The one run by the Hecker family Gut Hühnerhof with the associated golf park is characterized by its feel-good atmosphere.

With the motto “Golf for everyone”, today's 27-hole course has been continuously expanded and supplemented.

Long fairways characterize the appearance of the 2012-hole course, which was newly opened in 18. Even today, the old tree population continues to be supplemented by new plantings and new water hazards, as well as bunkers.

The 9-hole course is nestled against the Gettenbach forest, so that the game of golfers is particularly challenged by the largely preserved flora, the design of the fairways, the bunkers and water hazards.

We are the official home club of the golf department of Eintracht Frankfurt eV!

We are very pleased that we were able to inspire the traditional club for our golf course. We are very pleased and honored to be the chosen golf club!

The golf courses of the golf park Gut Hühnerhof - the 18-hole course

Our 18-hole golf course

Long golf courses promise lively game dynamics on our 18-hole course. The heart of the course with a south-facing slope is our centrally located clubhouse. Glass fronts and wooden elements allow you a magnificent view. From the terrace you can see almost the entire square. The driving range is directly adjacent along the eastern side of the house.

Short play areas, a large putting green and practice bunker promise the best training. Ponds, sand bunkers and ponds increase the level of play. Occasionally, further obstacles are built in to increase the attractiveness of the square.

Rock gardens at lanes 8, 14 and 15 provide shelter for reptiles. Shrubs and trees - mainly linden and oak - emphasize the beauty of the landscape. When the weather is clear, Frankfurt and the Spessart are within sight.

The par 72 course has a maximum length of around 6300 meters (tees from black). Players who tee off from yellow cover about 6100 meters and women (red tees) 5200 meters. In the early winter evening hours, floodlights allow a good view. Golfers are challenged to a particularly good shot on the 18 island green and on the peninsula green of hole 9. These are located directly at the clubhouse.

Train with us on the driving range on the 18-hole course whenever you want! You now have the opportunity to train with floodlights every day after dark. At the touch of a button on the ball machine, our floodlights are available to you for one hour.

Our 9-hole golf course

An exciting game and many training opportunities await you on our spacious 9-hole course. Our unique 6-hole chipping and putting facility offers optimal practice conditions. You can improve your swing on the partly covered driving range.

When the square was built in 1999, care was taken to integrate the square into nature. Old trees and newly planted trees give a varied picture. Sand bunkers and streams challenge you in a playful way.

The par 35 course (also playable as a par 70 course) has a total length of a good 2540 m. Men cover exactly 2539 m (yellow tees), women 2198 m (red tees). In the winter months, floodlights ensure good visibility in the early evening hours. A large putting green and a 6-hole pitching and chipping area have been complementing our unique and spacious practice area since 2008, on which you can perfect your game.

Our team is there for you every day, depending on the season and weather conditions.

Golf after dark?

You are welcome to have the opportunity Wednesday Friday on the driving range of 9 hole course train after dark.

Until 21:00 p.m our floodlight system illuminates the range for you and lets you see your balls fly.

Members of our GP receive a 50% discount on the green fee in Aschaffenburg and in the Odenwald GC from Monday to Thursday. At the Royal Homburger GC you will receive a € 10 discount on an 18-hole round valid from Monday to Friday.

The team consists of 25 ambitious golfers who combine fun as a hobby golfer with healthy sporting ambition in a team. Other essential qualities are the ability to work in a team and a good sense of community. All players want to represent the club professionally, which also includes a cohesive and orderly appearance as a team, as well as a corresponding adherence to the rules.

After all teams were able to keep the class last year, we would like to attack again this year with an AK30 in the 7th Hessenliga North and the AK50 teams in the 8th Hessenliga North and the 10th Hessenliga Middle. The goal is to move up to the next level, even though the competition will be strong again.

According to old tradition, the season preparation begins with a preparation weekend. In contrast to previous years, this year this event will take place from April 19th to 21st at the Thuringian Golf Club “Drei Gleichen” Mühlberg eV. The focus is on performance diagnostics, rules and targeted training units. But the cozy get-together necessary for team building should not be neglected either.

The AK30 continues to play in the 7th Hessenliga North with the golf clubs Spessart, Praforst and Altenstadt II.
