Walter has always been a very determined and kind-hearted person.
With a cappuccino and a simple jam sandwich in the morning we could always make him happy and put a smile on his face. 
In 1980 he and his wife Irmgard took over the remote one Gut Hühnerhof. Thanks to many helpers, he manages to create something great out of a forgotten piece of earth.
