Shinrin Yoku forest bathingMy name is Kirsten Müller, I lived in the forest for 25 years and go out into nature with children and adults.
My goal is to show others the beauty of the forest and to enjoy nature with all my senses.
Shinrin Yoku is for me
To help people to put away bad thoughts and stress at the beginning of the forest and to find themselves in peace.
My courses are natural, without much esotericism,
but just feel good hours.
My motto is this poem by John Muir
"My only interest in life is
To tempt people to
to see the loveliness of nature.
My own individual self is nothing.
(I wanna be) like a broken glass
through which the light passes. "
